Theory-building Living Grimoire in Ruins of Azlant

A few years ago I asked about a Living Grimoire Bloodmarked with a build idea. Well, I've been thinking about such a character and wanted to ask you lovely folks about the following basic parameters and see what y'all say. This time it is set in Ruins of Azlant and I am aware that one would need to find a way to deal with the underwater portions. This is not necessarily optimized, but just a fun character idea.

Race: Skinwalker Bloodmarked

Trait: Fight with the Flock

Class: Inquisitor, Living Grimoire Archetype

Inquisition: Reformation (?) or Restoration

Free Feat Tax: Weapon Finnesse

Throw them at me (again, I know it's not optimized, just a query to the community. Also was not sure of what query to give).

Epistolary Novel Dialogue Question

Currently, I am working on writing an Epistolary Novel set in a Flintlock Fantasy world (after building it for years), but I am struggling with how to write dialogue in diary entries or letters. I have tried writing it out, but feel as if I am missing something. From what I’ve gleaned from research, often times dialogue is summarized or sparse if at all.

I’ve read Dracula and seen how Bram Stoker did it and I am planning to read it once again while I am writing. Does anyone have suggestions or experience on writing dialogue in this format?

For instance, should it include only the writer of the entry’s exact wording (or how they remember it) or should both be paraphrased (at which point I feel the dialogue would feel stunted)? Should it be written out with a combination of summarization?

I appreciate your assistance.
