I’m still learning about gardening, but I noticed that bell peppers don’t seem to do well around here. I garden in a community garden and this seems to be the case with my neighbors. Is that largely the case for others in town or is it something else??

This is my first time caring for one. I was hydrating the substrate and was looking for my grub, and realized it wasn’t there. I saw this ball of dirt, and handled it gently before I realized it was a pupa. I’m hoping I didn’t screw anything up by handling it.

If my beetle is okay, when can I expect it to emerge? I have no idea when it finally pupated.
