When replacing a burned out bulb in a high multi-bulb fixture from a ladder do you just replace the one bulb only (run to failure) or do you typically replace them all (preventive replacement) while you are on the ladder then use the “still good” ones in lower applications since the bulbs have similar expected life? Just curious how other people approach this.

Needle nose pliers, grabs like 20 hairs at a time. Works for eyebrows, etc also. So much faster than tweezers.

Finally made it but not expecting much in terms of upgrades or other special treatment domestically. Internationally they really take notice and give upgrades. Here in the U.S., NEVER.
