Am I screwed. Another ablation coming up Wednesday…

36 year old male. History of flutter and afib…was in the hospital over the weekend for flutter. Meds didn’t work so they cardioverted me on Monday and offered ablation ASAP…had coronary angiogram and everything was clear with Lvef 50 (recently 51)
I keep thinking the worst and reading articles and comments online. I feel like my doctors also don’t tell me much or explain much…maybe because they don’t think it’s too serious but to me it is (based on how it makes me feel when episodes happen or when I’m in one)

Afib came back and hit me damn hard

I am so disappointed. Had ablation last Dec, and a few episodes since then, but it seems like it’s getting more progressive. Lately when I have them I convert within minutes, but today it hit me while I was driving and my heart rate was 180. My anxiety hit in and I started panicking. My left arm started feeling numb and was feeling pressure around neck and chest area. I quickly pulled over and called for help. I ended up self converting within 5 min. I am 36 year old male, mostly healthy and in shape. My coronary and artery ct was good and I have been self converting since ablation. I just don’t know what to do anymore it seems so disappointing and takes the life out of me and just progresses my anxiety and depression.
I was offered second ablation but I am afraid it won’t do me any good again. I also feel like (might be wrong) but I have more episodes after ablation than I had before ablation.

Blood work review

Should I be concerned? I have history of afib…my cardiologist didn’t tell me anything about the results and I think it’s been almost a month or so?

Afib recovery

I am new to this but I thought I’d share my story.
I was a heavy drinker for a while before I learned about my afib and flutter. I had a car accident October 2021 going to work and when I got admitted to the ER my LVEF was at 28% with other issues and blockages….I went to have a cardioversion and was fine after that (at least I thought so) then I had a really big episode March 2022 after partying and drinking plenty tequila the night before…I was later transferred to my primary hospital and got cardioverted again. I was offered ablation but was 32 at the time and my surgeon suggested that it might be a holiday heart and that I should change my lifestyle or else die…..between then and 2024 I had some several episode and maybe ignored some of them.
Mid 2024 I decided to cut down on alcohol and focus on eating healthy. I relapsed in November 2025 and started doing kratom, alcohol and smoking weed as I was in a hard place…..Early Dec 2025 I thought I have had the flu and instead they told me I was in atrial flutter, and I believe I was in it for several weeks.
They had me cardioverted but it came back hour later after leaving the ER……I had second cardioversion and echo that showed everything clear and lvef of 55-60….the next day I went back to flutter and afib…that’s when my electrophysiologist told me that I should have ablation in two days (was the earliest appt)….day before ablation my LVEF got worse and was at 28% with other issues like blockages…..I completed my ablation and have been recovering ever since….i did have a few episodes within three months that required cardioversion (but it could have been my mistake because I had decided to not hydrate and drink again)….since last year until now I have drank only once and have been taking this very seriously with holistic doctors and supplement as well nutrition……I feel a lot better but I feel like triggers like caffeine, live resin edibles and alcohol get me….i just had a ct of heart and coronary arteries and everything came back good with 0 calcium buildup and no prior heart attacks…LVEF is at 55%. Blood work was also good.
I am just afraid that it will come back because as of now I live with lots of anxiety and fear as I try to do the best I can.

Ekg is nsr but says t wave abnormality, consider anterior ischemia

I have had history of afib. Had ablation Dec 23 and two Afib episodes ever since. One of them I did cardioversion and other self converted. Before I self converted second time of my afib I was offered another ablation. I refuse and left home. Today I met another cardiologist and had ekg done. It showed t-wave abnormality, consider anterior ischemia but normal sinus rhythm. Now my cardiologist wants me to do CT scan of heart arteries.

Some background. First time I had atrial flutter and afib was in 2022. Had been cardioverted few times and had ablation Dec 25. I had my heart checked post ablation and it was working at 55% and everything looked well.
I am also seeking holistic doctors help.

I am very scared about today’s results, since I fell fine (or maybe I’m used to it) my heart rate is really from 60-100 all day long.

Does anyone know anything about this t wave abnormality. I tried searching but got different answers. I’m just very afraid and sick of all of this.
