Is there a way to gift google play points/cash to a friend?

A friend of mine is cashing in $2 worth of play points to help me get a game, and I want to pay them back once I get the money to do so

so I was curious if it was possible to do any of the following?

A: transfer $2 from my google play balance to theirs

B: transfer $2 worth of google play points to them

C: buy $2 play credit and have it gifted to them

Did something actually unlock or is this just for show?

after reading a post saying that you can tap on the red feather while waiting for a chapter to generate, I tapped the feather a bunch of times and this eventually showed up

Is rlcraft bedrock worth it?

earlier today I saw it in the minecraft market place for $10, and I really enjoyed watching playthroughs of the java version, and was curious if the bedrock version was as good/fun/worth the price?
