Likelihood I get tested is pretty low, but wanna be sure about this. If I drink say 3-5 beers tonight (Friday), and the earliest time I could get tested is on Monday at around 2pm (so 60-65 hours), would alcohol show up in etg test? I also drink a ton of water, run, and lift daily. What are the odds it shows up (if I even get tested)?
I was told that my tests would be once every month, and that once in three years someone on the same probation as me saw it twice a month. I got caught for alcohol underage, so it’s pretty low importance of a charge. I just got tested yesterday, what’s the odds it’d happen again this month? I’m not trying to game the system but I don’t want to shell out $60 every week.
I got an MIP in Florida and they offered me the Florida MDP as a way to get my misdemeanor expunged (I believe). Does anyone happen to know what the testing methods would be? I believe it is urine test but would like to hear from people who know how all of this works. Also, if possible, does anyone know if I would be able to get this expunged?
Also if you know if they test for nicotine id love to hear about that — the letter said “no alcohol or intoxicants with random drug testing once per month”.
