Coexisting neurological conditions

Hi guys, I was wondering how many of us have coexisting neurological conditions. I would like to know what the risk is of developing one with reactive hypoglycemia. I already have one so it’s too late for me but I was thinking if that’s common maybe patient should be screened more carefully for rh and informed about the risks of comorbiditied

What is your tried and tested meal to last you through the night?

I’ve been experimenting trying to see what meals will keep my glucose steady through the night. One thing I stumbled across is that sauerkraut with oil in a good first layer that will take a while to digest. But still, whether I follow it with egg with rye bread or porridge with two tablespoons of peanut butter afterwards, I will crash in the night, even if it’s around 5 a.m., not 3.
Have you figured it out? Can you give me some tips?

People of Italy, how do you cope?

I’m still getting flashbacks from the pandemic of people blasting music from balconies and shouting “Andra tutto bene”. Just watching it on tv gave me anxiety. How do you manage sensory issues? Can you get used to it? I keep thinking about it.

How close do you manage stick to the proper diet?

With work and responsibilities and going out of the house for hours, just living your life basically, is it doable to commit to the diet 100% and never fail? How close do you manage to stick to it? I’m new to this so I would be grateful if we could compare notes.

What are your beverages of choice?

Hi guys, I’m new to this. I’ve only just started to adjust my diet to help stabilise my glucose levels. I was wondering what you guys drink throughout the day. Are we allowed to to have any variety or is it just water all day long?
