How can I do this?

How in the world can I can my entire team to 100% all at the same time focus down a single member of the enemy team, all give chase and concentrate fire and insta kill them the second they show they are dangerous? This would be a skill I would like to learn.

This is a Question about Channel Names, and Changes

Alright, so, I've been doing YouTube for around four years, about three years rather seriously. And, after looking at my reach on my latest video, which was an unbelievable flop even though retention was great, CTR was more than solid etc .. And looking back through, I see a trend, when one of my video dies early, when I see where it's being suggested, it's on videos sometimes out of my niche, and seems to be targeted more around my channel name. I chose my name because, it's just kind of a nickname, it was my gamer tag, people knew me by that name when I started, but "Tattooed Biker" doesn't have anything to do with my genre. For instance my genre is unexplained phenomena, cryptid sightings, UFO, ghosts, etc.. but my latest video shows under "content suggesting this video" videos on Sturgis, Bike Week, etc .. thinking about changing my channel name. With 4500 subscribers, how badly would this impact my channel, vs any positive results? Does anyone have some insight on this?

Views from Subscribers normal?

Hey, so, I've got like 4500 subscribers, been doing this for around 2-3 years, and I'm seeing something new, 100% of the views on my latest video is from Subscribers. No unique viewers at all. This is after three days public. What is causing this? A little context, it's longform video, around 16 minutes, showing 10% CTR and 71% Average view duration, 89% Still watching after 30 seconds. So not terrible numbers, engagement is high, 41 comments, 100% like ratio (which is expected being subs only that have seen it). Did I mess up a setting or something so impressions are only being shown to subscribers?
