Mint Internet is unusable, infuriating!

I'm a long time Mint mobile user and always loved the service. I got the Mint home Internet this year and had a great experience up until about a month ago.

My router says the signal is excellent, but every device in my house has weak connection, connection errors, and disconnects. We don't own a home computer, so it's literally 2 phones, a TV, and rarely and iPad. None of them work during most hours of the day. Speed tests show download speeds at less that 5 mbps and uploads at 0.00. You read that right. ZERO.

I've contacted Customer service by phone and chat numerous times, and they keep telling me there is some outage in my area. But it's been so long, I genuinely don't believe them anymore. I think they just say that to get me to go away.

I work from home so it's extra infuriating, and causing to spend more time and money to use another business' wifi, because the service I'm paying for doesn't work.

I'm on the verge of cancelling.

Help!

Western/Fantasy Mashup

So, long story short: I'm a huge fan of sword & sorcery as the classic Western. We're talking John Ford, Louis L'Amour style. Joe Abercrombie wrote a fantasy love letter the Western in RED COUNTRY, and there are a few other indie authors out there attempting the genre fusion to varying level of success.

Here's the question: anyone else into this genre mashup? If it were written, would people read it?

MOD MESSAGE: New Rule-No Low Effort posts

Hail Sword Brothers and Sisters!

The fellow Mods and I have noticed an influx of what we have dubbed "Low Effort posts", as in posts that offer no context or potential avenues for discussion. In order to keep the board clear for actual conversation, these sorts of posts will now be axes, from this point forward.

How to avoid this?

When you post, be sure to include your thoughts or a question that facilitates back and forth. Not just a picture of Cool Sword Guy.

Appreciate you all for keeping it lively and civil!

Full Rule:

No low effort posts. Posts must contribute meaningfully to the discussion or appreciation of Sword & Sorcery. Any post that has a picture, video, or external link must have accompanying text. For example, a post titled "Cool sword guy" (with image only, no context or attribution) would be removed as low effort.

NEW Rogues in the House!

It's Sword and Sorcery Summer, and the Horde's all here! Matt, James, and I sit down to discuss writing Point of View in Sword and Sorcery, especially in short stories. This one will be especially interesting for writers, me thinks. Are there tangents? Hell yes. Does Crom give a damn? HELL no! It wouldn't be Rogues in the House podcast without them!

Check them show notes to find the audio version and plunder yon booty mentioned wherein!
