Just left this rental barely in one piece. Full of black mould, rats and even a dead possum. All of which was reported to the realestate to which they didn’t believe. It took them weeks to have pest control for the rats. Then when we left (or fled), they took most of our bond (still fighting this battle). It’s an awful unsanitary place and I don’t want anyone to fall for it. There’s so many examples I could give but please just save yourself now. Your health is worth it. I could give you all the whole story but for mental health reasons I’ve had to let it go. Just please don’t rent here.
