I posted a couple days ago looking for a mid size corvette design/tutorial for a outdoor walkway/porch. I was also looking for ways to add a teleport and to have good manoeuvrability for the ship. Seems the glitch building has been patched.

The result; I used the app and downloaded a design with the teleporter installed (props to phantomdark30) . To get the walkway and stats up was a lot of work redesigning the and being careful not to mess up the glitched parts (I lost a few!)

Still need to work on the weapons but delighted with the manoeuvrability for such a large ship. It's now bang on 100 parts.

Anyway turned out great I think, now back to travelling the endless void.

So I had a few other uploads on this, all about my big plans for my new hotel/resort. Then I found out about the limits... 8000 base parts in and then I found out about the limits..

I have now spent longer getting that back to 3000 than the actual build!

Almost gave up a few times but after many many hours I'm finally finished and it's exactly 3000. Lost a lot of cool stuff but what's left im happy enough with. This is my first proper base build having started the game a few weeks back. Such a cool game and community.

Update to my last post, if you haven't seen it check it out as I show the pool in that one. Since then I've added a bar, DJ and dance floor. Cant get the music to sync with the floor lights yet, spent an hour just won't work so any tips let me know. The bar came out nice! I've also added guest rooms, extended the sky scraper and lots of decor around. I'm also going to add a tennis court and other outdoor sports stuff, a power station, farms and more city stuff. Any other ideas welcome.

I'm 70 hours into this game and have just started really getting into base building. This is my hotel / soon to be resort, I've big plans to make in much bigger including fully furnished hotel rooms, several more sky scrapers, tennis court and other outdoor sports grounds and not sure what else, would love some ideas and your thoughts so far. This planet is great for building with huge natural boulders across the landscape to build on top of. This location was excellent for the pool.

Started playing NMS last Tuesday, have slept it out every morning for work since! Class game can't believe I just started this one, I'm hooked.

Anyway been doing up my ship since yesterday, not finished yet but let me know what you think.

Credit to madamediablo on YT for the floor and walls effect. Took a bit of time but fun doing it. No mods used had free resources only on Xbox.
