Separate complimentary meal options for Air India flights

Separate complimentary meal options for Air India flights

I have not flown with Air India for a long time (both domestic and international) and I will be recently travelling from CCU to LHR with them. I have complimentary meals with my ticket, but now in my "manage booking" section I can see a complimentary "add-on" for meals with multiple free meal options. I am very confused now. Do I need to book some meal among all these options (see second photo)? Or do I need to do nothing and the automatic standard meal option will be provided (which is what I want anyway)? Or is it that I can get something extra?

Protonmail to register for ATAS in UK FCDO website

I am an international student applying for a PhD in UK that requires an ATAS certificate to be issued by the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO) of UK. It asked not to use any Gmail account for an ongoing problem with Gmail domains from their side.

Since I had a proton mail account (@proton.me) already, I used it for creating an account and submitting my application. ATAS application does not have provision of email verification. Also they send any requests of corrections, etc. including the final result (certificate if succesful or refusal) through email. After 1.5 months of silence from them (which is the average processing time for ATAS) I mailed them a few hours ago through my proton account regarding the status of my application. But I didn't receive even any automated reply from them yet (automated replies generally come, according to most discussion forums).

So, I am a little bit panicking now. Does this mean UK government mail servers doesn't allow email communications to and from Proton mail email accounts? Is there a way to confirm this or otherwise?

Any help or experience of anyone else would be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance!
