G6 pro - not getting Bell notification on display

I have g6 pro dor bell , it was working normal , from last 3 days it's not sending notification to displays , no notifications, and I can see a white light blinking on access hub , exactly on door position, , it's just not sending bells to display but I can see the video when I select door bell on display, can someone help ?

Ezviz - Issues, Please advice !

I have 2 Ezviz Hb8C -Wifi Solar Cam

Both Connected to 2.4ghz , speed test shows 50mbps .

Integrated to alexa

Solar , 100% charge everyday

Issues

1: Notifications are Delayed

2:Human detection is Very Difficult, some times it's not detecting even if you're right infront of cam ,but when I open ezviz app suddenly it's detecting

3: it's gets struck at some random positions and not coming back to the preset area

Can someone help ????
