Militado ML20 anti fingerprint coating coming off??
I bought a "new" version of the ML20 from AliX just over a week ago it arrived and I have been wearing it since. When I first got it the clasp seemed a little glossy for a blasted finish and I thought that must be the anti fingerprint coating in the description.
Now after a week the coating is disintegrating and breaking down. It looks terrible and I don't know what to do? I imagine all of them have the same coating so I don't know if returning the watch due to defects would ultimately resolve the issue. I like the watch and I feel like if I could get this coating off the watch it would be fine but I don't want to damage the finish.
I wish Militado either used hardened steel or just blasted steel with no coating.
Honestly I don't know what to do? Has anyone else had a similar experience with a blasted steel finish on a Militado?
I was planning to do an initial review of the new dial, etc but then this happened and I would like to get this resolved before I move forward. I also want Militado to know what is happening in my case so if there is something they can address before more people complain.
Any constructive information would be appreciated.
I just want to be clear that the watch is great but for this one issue.
