Our Power BI inventory dashboard currently depends on manually exporting data from Oracle WMS Cloud (LogFire).
We have access to the WMS application but not the underlying SQL database.
From an enterprise architecture perspective, what would be the most secure and reliable way to automate this data flow and keep the dashboard updated with minimal manual intervention?
I’d also appreciate advice on how to present and justify this requirement to our IT department while addressing security and system-performance concerns.

Hi! I’m starting my first job as an Inventory Analyst.

The inventory data is huge and spread across different systems/tables rather than being in one place. As a beginner, what’s the best way to approach understanding and analyzing this kind of data without getting overwhelmed?

Also, what are the most important tools and skills I should focus on learning, and what advice do you wish someone had given you when you first started in this field?

How can we integrate data that comes from different departments, where some data is in Cloud SQL and some is not, into one centralized dataset for analysis? What is the best approach?

لاحظت مؤخراً إن التوظيف الحكومي صار أبطأ شوي، وكنت حابة أفهم الصورة بشكل أوضح من ناحية سوق العمل.
هل تتوقعون إن الوضع مؤقت؟ ومتى ممكن ترجع وتيرة التوظيف بشكل أقوى؟ وهل التأثر حالياً على القطاع الحكومي فقط أو حتى القطاع الخاص؟
لأن بصراحة أشوف إن ربط الموضوع بالكامل بالحروب أو الظروف الخارجية مو مقنع جداً، خصوصاً مع استمرار المشاريع والنمو بالمملكة.
