What is this extreme charge for?

I seen this man's step by step process for renewing a temporary visa in Mexico City, under financial solvency he didn't state he used a facilitator. Did anyone else use a facilitator? I'm being quoted up to $670 to renew and change of address. My original address is in Cancun and I can keep it there but that facilitator wanted the same $600+ to do my renewal..I'm like what are ya'll doing that would require this level of money? Some of the paperwork can be done online.

AGM Batteries

I have a 2023 CX-50 Preferred. My son says a few times the vehicle wouldn't start and he's had to get a jump about three times in the last two months. So, I had to keep digging with the questions. 1. He left the hatch open while he was in the gym. 2. He was leaving the vehicle on but not turned on all the way to charge his phone..I promise you at the age he is I'm so bothered by why he's so clueless. And he said one more time but I'm sure it's his fault. Now, we bought the wrong NOCO product. We bought the one that takes 8hrs to charge and he found that out two days ago..he let the battery die and used this product only to find out it would take 8hrs to charge..so he needed a jump I'm about to take it to the store to see if the battery is still good or just replace it. I know NOCO has another product specifically for auto jumps but at this point it's $90 so why not just buy a new battery. The best one for this vehicle based off all this research was DieHard Platinum AGM, Duralast Platinum AGM or Optima Yellow Top. I'm aware these are all made by the same manufacture. It just boils down to warranty and the stores in my area offer a 4yr warranty replacement.

I'm just looking for thoughts at this point. And does anyone have either of these batteries?
