I need help!

My daughter is 6 years old, and I’m feeling pretty lost about what my next step should be.
I first noticed signs of autism when she was around 15 months old, and I started getting her help very early. She started speech therapy and occupational therapy (OT) around that age and has continued receiving therapy over the years.
At around 3 years old, she started special education preschool. Through the school system, she was identified as having autism, but I never pursued an official medical autism diagnosis.
At the time, I wasn’t considering medication while she was so young. I wanted to give therapy and special education time and see how much progress she could make first. I also had two other young children at home, and I knew the medical evaluation process could take a long time, so I kept putting it off.

She has made really good progress with speech. She can label almost everything around her, knows how to write and spell words, answers to her name, and usually communicates using 2–3 word sentences, especially when requesting something. She is still behind with communication and conversation, though.
Our biggest struggles right now are attention, emotional regulation, aggression, and self-injurious behaviors. She can become extremely focused or fixated on certain things and have a very difficult time transitioning away from them. When she gets overwhelmed or very upset, she may hit herself. She can also hit other children, especially if they touch something she considers hers. Her attention span can also make learning and everyday activities difficult.
She also has difficulty sleeping independently and sometimes struggles to stay asleep throughout the night.
I’m now looking into getting her medically evaluated for autism and possibly ADHD because I want to understand whether medication could potentially help her.
For parents whose autistic children had similar issues—aggression, self-injury, very short attention span, impulsivity, or possible ADHD—did medication make a noticeable difference? What symptoms did it help with the most?
I understand medication doesn’t treat autism itself, and I’m not looking for something to change who she is. I’m mainly wondering whether treating specific symptoms like ADHD, impulsivity, severe irritability, or aggression could make things easier for her and help her benefit more from therapy and school.
I’ll obviously discuss this with a qualified medical provider before giving her anything. I’d just really appreciate hearing other parents’ experiences and what type of specialist helped you decide whether medication was appropriate.

Stem cell for autism

Has anyone tried stem cell therapy for their autistic child? Was it worth it?
Hi everyone, I’m looking for experiences from parents who have tried stem cell therapy for their autistic child. Did you notice any real improvements? If so, what changed and how long did it take before you noticed anything?
A little about my daughter: she is 6 years old and autistic. We were never given an official level, but based on her support needs I would guess she is somewhere around level 2–3.
She can speak in short 2–3 word sentences, mostly to request things. She responds to her name and can label almost everything around her. She also knows how to write and spell words. Our biggest struggles right now are aggression and self-injurious behavior. She may hit other children if they try to touch her things, and sleep is also extremely difficult. She still cannot sleep alone and has a very hard time staying asleep through the night.
We are considering traveling for stem cell therapy, but it would be about a 16-hour drive. Flying with an autistic child can be extremely difficult for us, so driving would probably be our only realistic option.
For parents who have actually done stem cell therapy: Would you do it again? Did you see meaningful changes in communication, behavior, aggression, sleep, or daily functioning? Do you feel the results were worth the cost and such a long trip?
I would really appreciate hearing both positive and negative experiences before we make such a big decision.

4mg

Has anyone had better results on 4 mg?
I’ve been taking the 1.5 mg dose for one month, and unfortunately I haven’t lost any weight. I also haven’t had any side effects. The only difference I’ve noticed is that it reduced my appetite a little.
I’ve also been trying to stay in a calorie deficit, but the scale still hasn’t moved.
This month I’m moving up to 4 mg. Has anyone had a similar experience where they didn’t lose anything on 1.5 mg but started losing weight once they moved up to 4 mg?
I’d love to hear your experiences. Any tips or recommendations that helped you get better results would be really appreciated! ❤️

Question

Does anyone know exactly how Snapchat+ Story Timestamps work? If I’m friends with someone who has Snapchat+ and I watch their Public Story, can they see the exact time I viewed it?
Also, if I rewatch the same story multiple times at different times, does the timestamp update to my most recent view, show my first view, or can they see every time I watched it?
Looking for an answer from someone who actually has Snapchat+ and has tested this.

Want to start

Hi everyone! I’m looking into starting oral semaglutide (the pill, not the injection) for weight loss, but I have no idea where to begin.
I’m 28 years old, 5’2”, and weigh 195 lbs. I live in Illinois, USA, and I have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance.
I have a few questions:
Should I start with my primary care doctor, or is telehealth a better option?
Has anyone with Blue Cross Blue Shield had the pill covered for weight loss?
If insurance didn’t cover it, what did you end up paying?
Any advice for someone just starting the process?
Note : I have no medical issues , I gave birth 3 months ago and I don't breastfeed
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences. Thanks!
