Slice's app only banking policy is hurting me.

My phone has been dead since yesterday, leaving me completely locked out of my funds due to Slice's strict app-only banking policy. Without a device, I cannot transfer money via IMPS or RTGS, as there is no web/internet banking facility available. I cannot withdraw cash because there is no physical ATM card or branch network to fall back on, and I cannot cover basic daily expenses like groceries, utilities, or transportation.

While other traditional banks allow me to at least receive OTPs and manage essential transactions on a basic feature phone, Slice leaves customers entirely stranded without a smartphone. This is an unacceptable vulnerability in modern banking.

Slice, if you are lurking here: take this as urgent, critical feedback. I have noticed that you are scaling and making profits, but convenience should not come at the cost of basic accessibility and financial security. Launch a fully functional web-based internet banking portal as soon as possible. Because the moment I get a new phone and regain access to my funds, I am emptying that account for good.

UPI registration is slowly becoming ridiculous.

Wi-Fi network can't be used to register on the UPI app. Mobile data of the other SIM can't be used for the same. Only mobile data of the registered number can be used for onboarding.
