Is it worth changing our all tile floor condo?
Its a 612 sq feet apt that my partner and I live in. I dont like the tile floors but like everything else. I was potentially looking to change the floors after we purchased it but people told me it would cost so much to put hardwood floors and remove the tiles. Seeing that its a one bedroom apt I dont know if we’ll live here long enough for it to be worth it but Im also thinking it could increase the condos value?
