Motorcycle riders in Canberra please be safe

Going to work early this morning I went to pull out into traffic near my house and a motorcyclist, all in black, was on the road mixed in with loads of cars. I just saw him in time and nearly had a heart attack, for me and for him. I'm a rider myself and usually commute on my Suzuki but I wear a lot of florescent gear to enhance visibility, especially in these foggy and rainy recent conditions. As a woman I don't care how dorky it looks lol. This is an appeal to other riders to please take care of yourselves. An accident may not be your fault but you'll pay the cost.

Attending court as an observer

A family member of mine has been charged with several criminal offences after a night out with a mate. Both were charged the same but the "friend" was the main offender. As part of bail they are not allowed to contact each other and there are separate legal proceedings. We believe the friend may be pleading guilty while my family member is not. Is there any problem in me attending the other person's court date as an observer? How relevant is the outcome of the friend's case?

ULPT how to insult a narcissist

We live in a small city. My daughter's ex boyfriend lied about every aspect of his past throughout their relationship in order to garner pity and manipulate her. He was living with her and making excuses for not paying his way while also cheating with a colleague. When it was discovered and she threw him out he went to police and claimed she assaulted him leading to a domestic violence charge. If I ever see him, what's a good insult I could say without getting into any trouble. Something cryptic maybe?

Incorrect name in Will

Received notice from a lawyer about being one of the beneficiaries in a family member's Will. However, have been informed that my name is incorrect in the Will and needs to be corrected before probate is granted. Is this going to be a problem? Estranged family member that I don't trust is the executor.

I have just returned from 3 weeks in Czechia, some of the time in Prague but also other areas. I'm 63, from Australia and went with my daughter who just turned 30. We travelled by public transport everywhere, walked for miles and tried to have more than just a capital city experience. I found just about everyone to be friendly, helpful and understanding, with a couple of exceptions haha. I loved that people are upfront and no nonsense, sometimes to the point of being blunt but that's ok. The country is beautiful, history wonderful and well preserved and I loved it so much.
