I got my driver's license!

So im 37, lived in the city so never really needed a license. Had my permit 4 times just to let it expire. I got sober 3.5 years ago and have been trying to rebuild my life. With this and my invisalign, I can say atleast 2 of my 3 yearly goals have been met! Now I gotta get a car but gonna pay off invisalign first. It'll be eaiser to save once I pay it off.

Question about my future retainer

The pic is from my first tray of my first refinement round. After all the work they'll probably be some bonding and some other cosmetic work done. How will I go about making sure my retainer will fit after or will I use my last aligner until after the work then have them scan for a retainer? This is like months out but im just curious

Im such a coward

I got sober 3.5 years ago, gave up nicotine +2 years ago. I do volunteer work, see a therapist, have a good paying job, read, paint, draw but me telling a woman how I feel? Nope cant do that apparently. I've done all this nearly impossible stuff but nope. Too much of a chicken shit to do that last one. Hell ive survived chest reconstruction surgeries but nope...I didn't get sober just to die alone

First round done

First round done! Waiting on updated trays so in the mean time im using my current aligner as a retainer as per my orthodontist. Couple points

A: wow is the aligner tight at night. Crazy how move my teeth move in a few hours

B: there's definitely some more work to be done specifically with the bottom teeth as well as the top right? Orthodontist seemed more concerned with my bite than the look. My bites great but for the money im spending on this i want em to be perfect. Still getting more aligners but still.

C: after having them in a year straight it feels so weird not having them in all day lol

D: while I really want to get whitening am I safe to assume to wait until the attachments are off?
