First Rant ahh

It's my first ever rant I've done sOOO be prepared.. I had a guy walk out the store with items like medicine and soda without paying.  I was shocked honestly because I never had this happen before at least at this store.  after he leaves two of a customers following him and one of them knocked him off his bike to a point where he's bleeding. the other customer show him some back and he gives back the items with blood on it. I honestly don't know how to feel he told me a story about his life and how everything is going bad Etc and he apologizes too. I also feel bad for the fact that he got knocked off the bike and was bleeding. oh but also it's wrong to  Steal  and I'm a type of person who is okay helping people out and I wanted to help him out like maybe buy his things or I don't know honestly. I'm just having like this like  conflicted feelings. I guess that's it LOL also if you want to comment but  advice or stories that's cool too

found a corrupted file on an old drive. genuinely don't know what i'm looking at.

so i found this on an external drive that wasn't mine. no idea how i got it.

it opens as an image fine but something is seriously wrong with it. i don't know what any of the text means. i don't recognise the organisation name. the file reference number means nothing to me.

what i do know is that whoever this woman was the last line of the document says she was smiling when it happened.

i don't know what "it" was.

the file also does something weird if you look at it the right way. i've been staring at it for two hours and i genuinely cannot tell if i'm reading too much into this or if something is actually here.

anyone seen anything like this before?

I found an old website for an amusement park that closed in 1995. Something is very wrong with it.

I don't really know how to start this so I'm just going to say it.

My mom kept a box of stuff from when she was a kid. Old photos, birthday cards, a few VHS tapes with no labels. I've been going through it since she passed last year and most of it is normal — family stuff, holidays, that kind of thing.

One of the tapes had a label on the inside of the case. Just four words written in red marker.

**LUMINARA PARK. DON'T WATCH.**

Obviously I watched it.

It was a commercial. Bright colors, a cartoon rabbit, kids laughing. Very 90s, very normal. The kind of thing you'd see between Saturday morning cartoons. The park was called Luminara Park and the mascot was this star-shaped bunny named Lumi. The commercial ended with a date — October 1994. A "grand season finale event."

I couldn't find anything about the park at first. No Wikipedia page. No news articles. Nothing on any of the usual abandoned parks sites. It was like it never existed.

Then I found the website.

**luminarapark.com**

It looks like a fan site or something. Old school aesthetic, kind of like it was designed in the early 2000s but preserved. There's a character page, a lore page, some kind of employee files section that you need a password to access.

I thought it was just a passion project. Some horror fan who made a fake lore site. I was ready to close the tab.

Then I found the fine print.

At the bottom of the main page, in text so small I almost missed it:

*"WONDERCRAFT ENTERPRISES MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PERMANENCE OF MEMORIES FORMED ON SITE · ALL GUESTS CONSENT TO THE FULL WONDER EXPERIENCE UPON ENTRY · THE PARK REMEMBERS · DO YOU?"*

I don't know. Maybe I'm reading too much into it. It's probably just someone's ARG project or something.

But I keep thinking about that tape. And why my mom wrote DON'T WATCH on the inside of the case instead of the outside.

And why there's a page on that website — buried, almost impossible to find — that lists the names of park staff from 1994.

My mom's name is on it.

She told me she'd never been to an amusement park in her life.

---

If anyone has heard of Luminara Park or knows anything about what happened there in October 1994, please let me know. I've been down a rabbit hole for three days and I can't find anything concrete. The website is luminarapark.com if you want to look for yourself.

I don't know what I'm looking for. I just know something happened there.

Found this in an old archive. LH-SITE-03. 1974. I don't know what they were doing to these children.

Been digging into something called Wondercraft Enterprises for a while now. This is CCTV footage from one of their facilities... a place called Lumi's Home. Fourteen sites across the country. Children brought in under a welfare programme.

The records don't say what happened to them after.

If you want to go deeper: wc-internal.neocities.org

Don't say I didn't warn you....Discord coming soon.

I was six when my parents dropped me off. They told me it was a special school. That I'd make friends. That Lumi would take care of me.

Lumi was everywhere. On the walls, on our cups, on the little badges they pinned to our shirts every morning during what the staff called Brightness Check. We weren't allowed to use our names. They had other names for us. Numbers, mostly, dressed up to sound like nicknames.

I was Sunny.

I don't remember a lot from those years. The doctors I've seen as an adult say that's normal for childhood trauma. But there are things that stuck. The chairs in Conditioning Room B, all pointed at a window you couldn't see through. The smell of the air...hmm.. sweet, wrong, like something chemical trying to be flowers. The songs they played at night through the vents.

I stopped dreaming after the first month.

What made me start looking into it again was finding an old document online. A company called Wondercraft Enterprises. A program called ETERNUS. I don't know what any of it means yet but I know that smell. I know those chairs.

If anyone else grew up in a Lumi's Home facility... there were 14 of them I need to know I'm not alone
