Even if it loads i am not able to login, getting a server time out error. My request under the "Delinking Compliance" process is open since 16 June, post migration date got updated to 1 July. I am not able to do any other action on the system because of this pending request
My requests are pending with EPFO Bandra East.
My grievance says "Grievance received", when trying to call on the given phone number, i get a message saying "This number does not exist"
Is this the same with all of you? Like many other people facing issue, i am in the loop for almost an year, it has become a hobby to keep checking the status of ticket all three times in a day and get frustrated.

Anyone waiting on a DELINKING COMPLIANCE request to be approved from EPFO Bandra? I raised a request on 16 June, still waiting on it and post the migration the date got updated to 1 July.
Raised a grievance on 13 July and status says - 'Received Grievance'
I have been out of job because of this and unfortunately not able to use my funds in EPFO because of this unresolved issue

I’m posting here to understand how EPFO employment records get created and updated, and whether anyone has experienced something similar.
I’ve been working in the IT sector for \*\*over 20 years\*\*, and during a recent background verification for a project onboarding, something unexpected came up in my \*\*EPFO service history\*\*.
An entry appears showing \*\*part-time employment with an insurance company\*\*.
However, my interaction with them was quite different:
• I have been a \*\*customer of the company for years\*\* and still hold policies with them.
• Their team once suggested creating an \*\*advisor role\*\* so I could receive referral commission (Majorly my policies and a couple of referrals) if someone purchased a policy through me.
• Much later, when I invested in another policy, I shared documents like \*\*PAN, Aadhaar and a cancelled cheque\*\* as part of the policy process.
• In the process of activation of my role, I was \*\*never informed that an EPFO employment record would be created\*\*
According to EPFO records, this appears as \*\*part-time employment (around 4 days a month).\*\*
Some aspects are confusing to me:
• I \*\*never accepted a formal employment role\*\*(i shared an OTP unaware of the fact that it was for a part-time employment record getting created)
• I \*\*never received salary\*\* except for the commissions that were received on my policies and a couple of referrals
• I \*\*never visited the office\*\*, although the document mentions reporting once a month.
Another thing that puzzled me:
EPF contributions stopped much earlier, but the \*\*exit date was updated much later\*\*, which created a \*\*service overlap with my actual full-time employment elsewhere\*\*.
The advisor activity itself did not conflict with my primary IT role, but the \*\*EPFO employment entry created a dual employment flag during background verification\*\*, which caused complications professionally.
Since discovering this, I have:
• Written to the company asking for clarification
• Sent a formal legal notice
• Filed a grievance through the EPFO grievance portal
I’m still trying to understand how such employment records are created and how exit dates get updated.
Some questions I’m hoping to understand:
• Can an \*\*advisor or referral role be converted into EPFO employment\*\* like this?
• How can an \*\*exit date be updated long after contributions stop\*\*?
• Does EPFO verify these entries or rely mainly on employer submissions?
If anyone has experience with \*\*EPFO records, insurance advisor registrations, or similar situations\*\*, I would really appreciate any insight.
