I changed the lane a little too late on the highway and I got this email.
I identified myself but I understand that it could either be an O offense or and M offense.
Any advise regarding this? And what can I expect? The letter states criminal offense and I’m a little worried.
At work, we have the product that both me and my team mate sells. It has been out of stock for a while and arrived today. Based on historical data, forecast and demand I picked up most of it. She got mad and couldn’t understand why I did it. After I picked up, I was talking to my manager about how we should proceed with the allocation of the stock and she barges in saying if she doesn’t get the product to sell she doesn’t want to be on our team and slams the door. Later we had another meeting out of which she walked out slamming the door again. On the third try to have a meeting to discuss with my manager and her, we came to a conclusion that the stock will now be allocated. I was trying to ask my manager how many pallets should I release and she got upset saying that why should you release even though I explained to her that because it was in my pending orders. After that she said that she didn’t want to work in our team and was very upset. I tried to reason with her that my customers work with supermarkets and have priority while hers are retailers. And she walked out slamming the door again. I requested my manager if he would give her a formal warning and he said that he would write an email. I don’t know if I trust him enough to do it. Should I write an email to him? Or to HR? Please help.
