Turn it in
I just got a 0% turn it in score on a 7 page speech. I didn’t even know that was possible since it always seems to highlight little strings of commonly used words 😂
Woohoo, i guess 🥳

Anybody here in the Masters in history program with the concentration on public history? Ill be done with my bachelors at the end of the year and was looking into continuing into this program. I’ve heard the masters programs are more intensive than the undergraduate, so im planning on taking one course at a time so i can focus on the content.
Im just curious if anybody has any experiences with the program or opinions that they’d like to share.
Thanks in advance :)
Love how an assignment is labeled (non-graded) but then my professor grades it for 0/.01 points because i didn’t do it and attaches the feedback “the zero is a place holder until you submit this. It is eligible for a 10% reduction”
Like, im especially not gonna do it now. I usually only do non graded assignments if i feel that i need some extra help/reinforcement on a topic and 10% off one hundredth of a point? Nah. Im good 😂
But genuinely, what is the point of grading something thats labeled non graded? Its a hundredth of a point. Im not mad. Just, like, why??????
So I am about to come into roughly 35k here in a week or two from a medical related lawsuit and I have no idea what to do with it. I’ve got less than 10k in credit card/auto loan debt so i figure ill pay that off, but what do i do with the remaining 25k? My goal is to be responsible with it, but i also just dont want to sit on it as i would like to come up with a way to generate some sort of passive income. So far i’ve done some research on Tbills and stocks with dividends. The stock market kinda sketches me out because i dont want to just *possibly* lose the money and tbills doesnt seem to generate all that much passive income.
I live in the middle of nowhere so something like a vending machine wouldn’t be good as id end up traveling far (1-2 hours) just to empty it and restock it.
Honestly, i just don’t even know what to do. I’ve been collecting little bits of information here and there over the last few weeks, but nothing seems to sit right with me. Any ideas, suggestions, or thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!
