got into IIT indore MS (research) space eng and MSc astronomy at IIST

I have plans to go abroad after this preferably Japan which should I choose and which college has better facilities and exposure

P.S: I am from Bangalore I don't mind moving anywhere I can manage both parts of india I just want the technical aspects insight
