Lease takeover Fidi

Looking for someone to take over my Fidi Studio with loft.

Rent $3600
Lease ends 3/31/2027
Looking to start the takeover process as soon as possible, I got a new job and need to move from nyc.
Apartment is amazing with 11 foot ceilings and more storage than any nyc apartment I have seen.

Apartment is located on John St between William and Gold St. Across from grocery store, and subway entrance to the 2,3,A,C,J,Z,4,5 subway lines. Very easy to get anywhere in the city in minutes. Building is a condo building so there is an approval process. (No interviews).

Appliances are all very well made. There is washer/dryer on each floor and are always available. There is a wall AC/Heat unit controlled by Nest App.

A very unique apartment that has been amazing to live in. Doorman elevator building.

Bed in the loft area is a King bed.

There is option to renew after lease is up

Fidi $3600 Studio

Financial District,
John St between William and Gold St
$3,600/mo | Available for any start date from
Aug 15 to Sept 1, condo building so approval process takes 2-3 weeks. Lease takeover, current lease ending March 31st. Can be negotiated to do new lease.

Loft-style studio with high ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, and a layout that actually works. The bedroom is elevated on a loft platform, the bed up there is a king bed for size reference and is on slats.

Open kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, full-size fridge, and a large moveable island. Living area is spacious with good natural light and room for a proper couch and dining setup.

Storage is genuinely impressive for the size — under-loft, built-in closets, and smart layout throughout.

Building is well-run, quiet, and secure. Grocery store right across the street. Fulton subway station is essentially at your door — A/C/2/3/4/5/J/Z all with access across the street.

One month security deposit. Pets allowed.

Verizon fiber optic WiFi set up in apartment.
Tenant pays electric (AC/Heat), building covers all else.
Laundry on each floor, rarely in use.

Doorman building.

Please DM me if interested.

2-night ADK trip June 21-23

Taking two days off and heading up with my girlfriend and our Australian Shepherd. Looking for suggestions

- Backpacking, last year did this two night trip:
LOJ → Avalanche Pass → Lake Colden (camp) → Algonquin -> LOJ
looking for a new route, we will have our dog this year so definitely not as intense as last year.

- Other option is a canoe camping trip:
canoe-in to a camping site on one of the Saranac lakes or similar. Would need to rent a canoe since we can't transport one. (Subaru crosstrek) any suggestions? I think this could be fun to just hangout by the lake for two nights.

Kind of torn between the two options and looking for advice on either. We will be driving up from NYC.
