What would you do if this was your job site

Pretty sure we need shoring and that truck can't be that close to the cliff but what do I know I'm not a safety guy

Friend gave me a gift 7 years ago, asks for it back, I say no AIO?

Basically he got me an instrument and some accessories for it about 7 years ago.

We had a falling out, then later on I was in a hard spot financially so I sold the stuff to make rent.

I actually sold it to my other friend who gave me the option to buy it back when I had the money but a lot of time went by and he gave it to some students that he knows, he forgot our initial deal for me to buy it back.

Anyways... Now I'm being told by my friend that I owe him because I sold it. But it was intended to be a gift and I didn't agree to pay for anything back. He finds out that I sold it and basically that is what he is upset about. He claims that since I sold it, I now owe him the money that it cost to buy it. Again, it was a gift, I was always under the impression a gift is owned by the person you give it to and there is no debt involved... Maybe I'm wrong?

I basically told my friend I don't wanna be friends with someone who gives gifts then asks for them back 7 years later. Told him to get bent and that he's acting like a dick. Am I overeacting ?

Removing spray foam from wood

Any easy way to get this off?

I've been tasked with cleaning up all this foam the insulating guys sprayed that ended up where it shouldn't be.

I've gotta large portion of it off in areas it stuck out with a hand saw, I've got a paint scraper and a olfa, plus my fiend tool, they all kind of work to varying degrees, depending. But I'm still left over with bits that are really hard to move. Anyone dealt with this and figured out a hack for it?
