Aetna delay in payment. Next steps?

I had surgery on my foot in December. Insurance covered all the payments except a $40K charge for the hospital bill. Submitted everything they asked for and waited patiently. Nothing happened. I kept getting emails and calls about the $40k charge. Aetna claims they were missing a form which we submitted. The agent asked me the questions over the phone and was able to submit. The form was trying to gauge if a workplace or other insurance provider should be liable. Anyway since then my charge has been stuck in pending. One rep for Aetna said they had everything they needed and it should be a few weeks but then a few weeks fly by and now it's been months. Calls to Aetna just reveal that the status is pending and reps can't do anything. Another requested the reference number so they could resubmit which I provided but nothing. We've had this escalated by everyone we speak to and this just feels like I'm being kicked down the road. I'm worried this could affect my credit. Advice on how to handle would be appreciated.

Non-sports activities for tween girls

Trying to get our daughter with anxiety into something in Raleigh/Wake Forest area. She's done dance, soccer, softball, and basketball when she was younger but has pulled away during this super shy stage. She doesn't enjoy competitive sports. Loves animals and the outdoors. She would totally volunteer at an animal shelter if she were old enough. Curious what kind of things are out there? We'd like her to socialize with more kids her age and get off her phone.

Parrying is pretty basic yet there are situations in which a seemingly straightforward parry results in damage taken. Curious as to what the rest of you think? Mine are as follows:

  1. Pink cards while fighting King Dice. I'm the worst at these. The only time I'm able to pull this off is if the lead card is pink or I'm already hit and the cards are just marching right through me. Probably 99% death rate.

  2. The pink jellybeans when fighting Baroness Von Bon Bon. It doesn't seem to matter how I time it but it never ever works for me so I don't even try anymore. 90% death rate.

  3. The pink hearts that come downward when fighting the mini boss Hocus Pocus. When they rise up from the ground it's not a problem. 80% death rate.

  4. Those spinning triangles when facing the Rumor Honeybottoms . I think I've parried off one of those pink lasers once or twice and just generally avoid them.

What would I miss if I skipped Antwerp again?

I've been to Belgium a few times over the years for tourism, always part of a larger trip connected to other countries by high speed rail. I normally use Brussels as a base and venture to places like Ghent, Leuven, and Bruges. Someone in our party mentioned wanting to check out Lille but then I realized that I've never been to Antwerp but always kind of wanted to. We like museums, Flemish food, monuments, just sight seeing in general. We like parks, cafes, canal tours, castles, grand squares, architecture, history, etc.

The small Chinatown looks cool but other than that what does it offer visitors that you won't find in the other cities? Is it worth a visit or should we check out Lille instead? There won't be time for both.

For example: "Stuck in the Middle with You" by Stealers Wheel was featured in the movie Reservoir Dogs during the brutal torture scene. Since that day I can't help but cringe when I hear it. What about you?

One guy in the AskEurope sub plainly suggested that "Europe should spend more on their own defense instead of relying on Americans". The original question was an agenda driven anti-US post of some kind. Anyway that guy was downvoted into oblivion, probably 100 times.
