Workout routine
What do we do with all the extra crystals/points? I just hit milestone 20, and still have more crystas and points, and i haven't even finished the cosmic fights in arenas.

Ascended champs
If a 7 star champion is in your roster, that is both ascended and awakened, do you think that's basically an instant rank up, no matter who it is? Just wondering how people feel about that. I mean I'm sure there are a couple champs each player would prob just never rank anyway, but with such a leg up already, it seems like a good use of resources to rank them up, and figure them out if you're not familiar 🤔. any thoughts?
