which is better?? seniors pls help

I myself applied for JIIT and Thapar both and probably will chose JIIT because of fees issue and JIIT is close to my house so I'll save on hostels

but to all JIIT stans on this subreddit - Thapar is class apart there's not even a comparison between Thapar and Jaypee.

it's like comparing VIT with IIT. both are good in their respective domains but tier apart.

I have researched a lot on colleges but haven't found a single point where JIIT is better than Thapar.

it's embarrassing to even point out the advantages, feel so unreal - where these JIIT stans coming from??😭😭

is it 60% overall with pcm as subjects or 60% in pcm

hey seniors I have 134k rank in jee and looking at previous year cutoffs I might get AI-ML or AI-DS in spot round but my main concern is, should I consider this college??

there are a lot of bad reviews about this college whether it's placement or faculty and nearly everyone in my circle is saying to go for MAIT IT instead but my main reasoning is - this college is very near to my home. only 15mins travel whereas MAIT will take me more than 1hr of travel so I'll be saving good amount of time by picking usar

I just want a final verdict on it, is usar a good choice just for the time sake?

I have heard that jiit will release a confirmation mail on 1st of May for jee round 1 counselling where they confirm your participation and you get one last chance to edit your branch priority list
