Outlook Mailbox storage, archiving issues

I have probably 10 people who have similar issue. Mailbox almost full. (Ie. Storage between 85-95%) In addition, two or some have Exchange 2 for increase to 150Gb.

I am guessing 100Gb is a hard limit for Outlook app, not the account itself. The org has archiving enabled, but we have had to exclude some of these on that retention and archiving policy, as for in-placw archive to take place and expand that too. (It's a very restrictive industry, apparently needs to be keeping items up to 15years)

It's technically a mess, and Microsoft propagation of taking up to 30 days isn't helpful either.

Solution ideas? So far I have this: -Export/archiving in Blocks (ie. Per year or folders) -Bulk delete mails (I even found a VB macro script to delete large emails attachments) -Re-enable archive/retention afterwards, but for how many months? (Will probably ask legal too!)

Is this good or am I wrong in this process?

Account update to use new Passkey is Sam's next step?

Anyone else noticed that they are asking user to update accounts? And with a new blockchain tech or so.

So, this might look like a great attempt to lose all worldcoins, and then Sam and his friends might miraculously find them, as they own the blockchain tech.

Did a bit of research or reading and here's a brief, yet controversial summary:

The Nethermind World App Data Backup service agreement poses significant risks by requiring users to waive liability for data loss and accepting a "no-help" policy, while also pushing the boundaries of GDPR compliance regarding data deletion and pseudonymized data treatment. Critics argue that relying on zero-knowledge proofs for data, which may be linked to biometric identities, challenges the "right to be forgotten" when coupled with immutable, on-chain storage, potentially putting it at odds with European privacy regulations.

While officially independent, Nethermind is directly incentivized by the economic ecosystem Altman co-founded. Nethermind was an early recipient of World ecosystem grants (such as Wave 0), receiving payouts directly in WLD tokens to optimize EVM chain performance. Their financial and development interests are directly tied to the success of Altman’s tokenomics.

What is wrong this time?

Anyone same issue? It's like every time there's an update they manage to introduce new issues.

What permissions are the base necessity?

I am asking you, the experts, what permissions are really necessary for developers of applications, as to provide a good, private and degoogled experience.

Feel free to add even: able to download apk without being bullied for gplay or app to be downloaded only from goglestore, etc.

We were asked by a new developing app, getting exposure, within health community , what are the necessary permissions.

See the photo here. Similar to Calm, Finch, Fabolous, etc. what would you advise them? What would you eliminate, etc.?

We said half of these aren't needed, especially the Advertising permissions, and the gplay and all of those.

I'd be happy to share a good, short paragraph with simple explanations to these executives and developers why it's necessary to be mindful and reduce permissions to only what the app requires to function. As to not get hooked into the ecosystem of appl or googl for the same matter.

Thanks for all incoming comments.

Inherited an old Jira instance, with nothing seemingly set up correctly. Delving into Projects and Mail server/handlers, it seems it's missing the Microsoft server of company. How to confirm and update this, as we require that a new project (Jira, not just JSM) can retrieve distribution list (Ms accounts) as incoming requests. And the documentation is not comprehensive enough. No proper examples. X@company.com should be for X project, etc .

Long story short, for one project I'd like to use JSM and four request types. And associate distribution lists (4 Microsoft accounts) to the four request types..

For another project we have kinda hr@company.com , and we want an hr Jira project. For 3rd project we have business@company.com mail (have to confirm if it's shared mailbox, distribution list or normal account), and we want the Jira to handle back and forth (probably via mail handler settings, as reply-to, etc. Yes?)

Can anyone assist with some basic explanation, to implement this. Is Jira capable to get an email associated to request types (can we use distribution list MS type, or it has to be all the time a user/credentials with Password?)?

Much appreciated. Thanks in advance
