Reta Dosage

Reta Dosage

Hi everyone,

I’m currently taking 40 units of Reta 2 times a week (10mg vial constituted with 2ml bac water). I’ve been taking it for about 5 or 6 months. I’ve seen results, but it’s never done anything for my appetite. I’m still just as hungry as ever. I do keep track of my macros and eat about 2,000-2.200 calories a day. No fast food, junk, etc. Let me give you some context first…

I’m 46, male, and I’ve been on a fitness journey for almost 4 years now. I started taking Reta when I was down to my last ~15 pounds that stubbornly wouldn’t come off. I lift heavy 5 days a week and am currently at 19.8% body fat. I get DEXA scans quarterly, and my last scan included the first 3 months of Reta usage. I’ve attached a screenshot of my results.

My question is, does Reta work differently for people that aren’t actually in the “overweight” category? Or, should I increase the dosage? I think I’m currently taking a shit load and don’t really want to increase, I’m just curious as to why it’s never done anything to my appetite. I’m also taking Ipam(10 units/day, 5x a week), Tesam(40 units/day, 5x a week), and Test(.375ml 2x a week.

Thanks in advance!

Crockfords Resorts World Las Vegas

Hi all,

I’ve stayed at Crockfords a few times now, and I do like it, but my FHR “upgrades” are always in Crockfords West. I dunno… something about those rooms “in the back” make it feel like they’re penalizing us FHR people. These resorts have re-structured their “upgrades” so that just the view is considered an upgrade.

Anyway,

Does anyone have any advice on how to get an upgrade and stay in the main tower? The last time I went I booked a regular king room with a strip view and the upgrade was to a 1-bedroom suite looking at the lovely dumpster fire known as Circus Circus in the West Tower. How do you get upgraded to a 1-bedroom suite in the main tower?

Cell Phone Coverage

Since all the cellular carriers removed their per-line discount for using a credit card to pay for cellular service, is there any workaround at this point? I know some credit cards have completely removed this benefit, but since it’s still on the Platinum card, I’m assuming there are a lot of people forgoing the discount and paying with a credit card.

I was searching Reddit for this answer, but I only saw answers from when you could make a manual payment before the due date with a credit card and still keep the dos count.

For context, I have T-Mobile.

Thanks!!

AMEX Platinum - Post Coupon Book

I personally don’t think the current iteration of the Platinum card is very popular as a “coupon book.” Yes, it was recently refreshed, but all it did was add or replace other “coupons.” It seems AMEX is trying to “test” benefits to see what works for the masses, but this is an expensive game. The annual fee is continuing to rise and I don’t think the benefits match the AF, especially since you sometimes have to jump through hoops to access them.

Some benefits just don’t make sense… Walmart +?? I think a good 90% of cardholders use Amazon. Give us that!

If you could build your dream AMEX Platinum card, what benefits would you remove or add in order to justify the annual fee?
