Is anybody using the workout ‘Programs’ in the app?

I have been thinking about getting the Ladder Fitness app to get some structured guidance on my workouts, and implementing progressive overload.

But I just noticed there are Programs in the LifeTime app that seem similar. For example, a 6 Week ‘Shred’ program, or an 8 week ‘Body Blueprint’. The program provides a daily/weekly workout plan, shows each video workout in the app, and allows you to enter the weight used to keep track of progress.

I haven’t done the free trial of Ladder Fitness yet, but from my research, Lifetime workout Programs seem very similar!

Anyone enjoying these programs? Anyone compared it with Ladder Fitness?

How would the table top be connected to the base via the original screw holes?

I bought this table from FB marketplace. I plan to spray paint it for a stone look. A previous owner added brackets to connect the table top, which I will also do. But looking at the screw holes, I was wondering how the two pieces were originally connected and if it’s worth looking for screws connect them. I can’t comprehend how this could work though considering there are multiple screw holes. Any ideas?

Why is my $3,500 down payment added to the total instead of subtracted?

https://imgur.com/a/gv79uws

I’m not understanding the total of $29k. The sales rep at CarMax explained it to me and I thought I understood. But now looking over the paperwork at home, I’m confused. That $3,500 down payment should be deducted and the total should say ~ 25k right?

Yes I know financing for 72 months is not good. I will be adding $100 extra to the principal every month which is why I wanted the lower monthly payment!
