[Contamination] Had my tote sealed with proper sterilized technique for a bit too long, just went to switch to micropore today and noticed slight sour smell, but no visual sign of contam and mycellium is growing very quickly - am I okay?
As title says, I had my tote sealed for a bit too long, 7 days (forgot about it) I just went to swap to pore tape today and noticed a slightly sour smell.
Not sure if it's because it's been sealed up so long and smell has just built up or if it's possible contam.
The mycellium is growing very well still, and I even am getting some primordia.
The substrate doesnt seem super wet, everything looks fine visually.
Just wondering if anyone else has had similar experience.
should I let them continue go grow and just see if they overtake any possible bacteria contam? Or is it toast if I smell anything sour at this point?

Any idea what this could be? [contamination]
I’ve had this bin going for like 5 weeks and it’s finally pinning. But I see a lot of what I assume is metabolites, and on the 3rd photo something that looks bluish green popping up. No bad smell yet and pins are growing well.
Is this little thing a possible weird pin?
Should I cut it out asap?

[technique] S2B 4/27 and still no pinning while other tubs harvested
Hi all, newbie here.
Just wondering if I’m doing something wrong. Did S2B on 4/27 and kept temp at 73F humidity 99%. Looks like tomentose growth has taken over the tub but no pins will form. I have as much FAE as I can have, even placed a light fan in the room and keep it misted if surface starts to look dry.
No off smells, just smells like good store bought fresh mushrooms.
Am I just being impatient? My other slower strains are already ready for harvest and this one I was told is a fast grower (GT)
Any advice appreciated

Didn’t know the fridge was going to get this low, was aiming for 35-40 degrees.
It’s been at this temp for a couple days now, think it’s okay?

First grower worried if this bright white growth seems to be mycelium. I don’t smell anything off. Pls lmk! Thx

First time grower. Should I continue to mist? Just let it sit and don’t touch? Any advice appreciated
Temp is 75 degeees steady and humidity has been maxed at 99% since day 1.
