I'm horribly sick—plz buy my 9:15pm tix to Behemoth at NYFF with an intro by Tony Gilroy and Pedro Pascal!

Behemoth! is Tony Gilroy's new film premiering tomorrow at NYFF. I have tix to the 9:15pm screening with an intro by Gilroy and Pedro Pascal. My seats are in the Left Box, row B, seats 13 and 17. The seats are right next to each other, the numbers just arent in order. Each ticket was $90 and I'd like to get that back, but happy to take best offer. I had to go to the hospital for a serious infection this week, so there's no way I can go but I want someone to have the experience!

Buying a refurbished pro, — how many cores do I really need and is there any benefit to buying an M5 over an M4?

I'm currently between 3 refurbished macbook pros. I want something that's a little overpowered for my needs with the hopes of futureproofing a bit. I had a 2015 macbook pro that lasted me ten years before I gave it up for my sister's old 2020 touchbar pro. Biggest regret of my life. That thing can barely keep up with browsing and word processing. Ideally, I'd like a machine than can handle light photo/video editing, music production, and the heavy research I do as a lawyer. I want to buy a laptop that I won't have to worry about for years, but I also don't love the idea of paying full price in the current market. I would normally just grab the Backmarket computer, but I would like the benefits of Applecare if I could. Also open to suggestions that I haven't thought of. Here's what I'm looking at:

Backmarket:

$1999 w/ $6.99/mo warranty

14-inch Macbook Pro - M4 Pro, 12-core and 16-core GPU, 24GB Ram, 512GB SSD

Apple option 1:

$2119 w/ $10/mo applecare (split with my phone)

14-inch MacBook Pro Apple M5 Pro chip with 15‑Core CPU and 16‑Core GPU, 24 GB Ram, 1TB SSD

Apple option 2:

$2209 w/ $10/mo applecare (split with my phone)

14-inch MacBook Pro Apple M4 Pro Chip with 14‑Core CPU and 20‑Core GPU, 24GB Ram, 1TB SSD

A clean shave for the mentally ill

I long ago switched to a safety razor after years of struggling with Gillette and Venus bullshit. Unfortunately, I also live with mental health issues and we had to remove all those little razor blades from my place. I'm a little apoplectic about the thought of returning to a multi blade lubrication strip POS, but I obviously have bigger priorities at the moment. Was wondering if anyone had solutions for the girls who need a littleee more safety?

ALSO: I am ok! Have a great community, therapists, and meds on my side. I just want a clean shave!
