Blood two weeks post op?
Had my peg tube surgery 13 days ago and the stoma still leaks some blood. Is this normal?

I had a bravo test and during the test I had tons of heartburn and throat burn and reflux and belching. My doctor said it basically came back negative and that I don’t have GERD. I do have delayed gastric emptying.
I don’t really understand how it would come back negative when I had all those symptoms. Is my problem just GP and dysphagia? I can’t even eat solids and belch constantly. It’s not supragastric belching as I had a belch test
I had my bumper loosened 3 days ago because it was extremely tight but just yesterday and tonight it’s been bleeding more. It took a few days since it’s been loosened but wondering if more bleeding is something to be concerned about. I woke up middle of the night to need to change the dressing and then had to in the morning as well.
The blood also seems to have a bad smell. My GI office never answers the phone so maybe I’ll get it checked out by my PCP or something
I had my g-tube peg tube put in a week ago. It was extremely painful. I am a side sleeper but I can’t sleep on my side now because it is too painful. So I’ve had to try sleeping on my back but my sleep has been horrid and I can’t really do it. Up all night and when I finally do fall asleep it’s for a short time and I wake up with neck pain.
How do I sleep on my back? I tried with a pillow didn’t work. Tried without a pillow still not good. I have an adjustable mattress base but it still doesn’t really help. The pillow strains my neck and no pillow I just can’t sleep like that.
So even if it works you’ll eventually have to stop it? This is literally destroying my life I guess I’ll just need surgery
Half of the bumper seems to be fine but the other half is digging into my skin and I noticed some red marks. Could this be the beginning of buried bumper syndrome? I also gets lots of pain in my stomach abdominal area when trying to get up etc or sometimes from feedings. Also lots of gas bloating.
I just had my tube placed 5 days ago.
I’m scheduled to get a g tube in 2 weeks but I’m also likely going to need a Toupet fundoplication (reflux) surgery as well. Has anyone gotten them both at the same time or gotten the reflux surgery while you already had a g tube? I read the g tube makes it more difficult
