What To Upgrade?

Hey all! I’m fairly new to the game and have been playing recently. There seem to be a lot of things to start upgrading/build early game and I’m not sure what to prioritize. I’m still limited on money but here are some of my options

Upgrading Quality Seeds/Seedling/Sappling/Hay
Building a Barn or Coop
Upgrading Tools (already upgraded Scythe and Pickaxe to bronze)
Adopting a Pet
EDIT: I upgraded my backpack to 30 slots

Also tips to earn money early game would be helpful!

Utah Adapt Program

Has anybody done the Utah Adapt Program before? I just was referred to a neuro PT for POTS and had my evaluation appointment. I believe this is the program we're going to start together. Has it helped improve symptoms and exercise tolerance?

Hey all! I'm looking to find good online programs or programs that would be flexible to do an online master's degree in Biblical Studies or something related like Ancient Near Eastern studies, Hebrew Bible/Hebrew, Semitic Languages, etc. Anyone know of any good reputable academic programs that aren't a seminary or super niche. I'm thinking something more mainstream. Thanks!

So since a few years ago I haven't done well with exercise and walking a lot. I'm now realizing a lot of this has been probably due to dysautonomia and my HR. The other day I went with family to pick up meds from CVS and we ended up walking next door to get food which was farther than I expected and in the heat. I got really anxious and stressed because I wasn't prepared. Does anyone have tips or advice? I'm supposed to see a PT familiar with dysautonomia but haven't gotten in yet. Currently I am only on a beta blocker for my HR. I'm working on drinking more water with Saltt.
