I've been testing GBP Q&A by adding common customer questions and naturally including local keywords in the answers.

A few years ago there was a lot of discussion around Q&A helping relevance, but lately I haven't noticed any clear ranking improvements from it.

Has anyone tested this recently at scale? Have you seen measurable gains in Maps rankings, or do you view Q&A more as a conversion and user experience feature than a ranking factor?
