Altitude keeps dropping, I think it's landing back at Heathrow

Pic 1 is the cross stitch pattern I ordered, 2 is what I received

Found this really cute pattern (pic 1) and ordered it because it was small and a perfect gift for one of my teachers. Pic 2 is what I received. Completely different. Only afterwards did I find out that it was ai, but also that doesn't account for the two completely different patterns?? Zooming in you can see the details are murky on pic 1, but that's only on the boat etc
