Im looking at different apartments, specifically a 1 bed and 1 bath or studio with some sort of access to laundry.

I saw one of there rental properties pop up on Zillow rentals. Is ERS management a single person? A group of people? Are they decent landlords/ladys?

I am looking into renting from Westwood, are the 1bed and 1 bath apartments habitable ?

I am a college student looking for a budget friendly, healthy meal kit to stay healthy and save on time.
