Advice Needed.

Hey guys so i am a 23y Male 5’11. I lifted in high school and stopped after graduating for a while. after trying to figure out what to do with my life i landed on being a firefighter. I am currently trying to train for the job as I know it’s demanding. I also just want to improve my health and fitness for my self.

I will put some reference photos down below but ive gone up and down my whole life. my best shape was at 16/17 i was 225. then by 19/20 I was 275. I gained alot of weight during covid. right now last time i weighed myself i was 320. i started doing 20 pushups 20 situps every morning and a 30 minute bike ride every night. and trying to be in a calorie deficit. I can tell i have lost weight but dont like stepping on scales (i get in my head too much).

What I want to know is whats the best way i can get into the athletic build for firefighting along with maintaining muscle. because i know theres a certain formula to retain muscle while losing weight. so im going to try and do that. just need some advice on what the best lifting methods are.

Help Please!

Hey guys! so I just got back into Minecraft just to play this mod. Specifically CobbleVerse not sure how different they are. i digress. One of my biggest issues and what causes fatigue through my gameplay is the looting aspect.

This mod has so much looting (not trying to complain i love it) BUT… one of my biggest issues with it are what is important for me to actually take? for example i will go out looking for the electric gym leader and see a structure. stop at that structure. and by the time im done my bag and inventory are full! and then i have to travel 5000m back to my base drop off all the loot and go back. but wait on the way back i see another structure and get fomo about loot. so its rinse and repeat.

Im usually just scared I’ll miss something important. so my main question is. whats important to take and not and should i stop at every structure or just continue with my goal at the moment. because i think this is making me fatigued of the gameplay quick. like do i really need seasonings idk. but im scared to not grab one and need it later. and i dont want 600 waypoints on my screen lol.

TLDR: I dont know what loot/structures are important enough to stop at and loot and is there a way to know what loot is worth taking/ leaving. Or expanding inventory/ workarounds.

Need Advice

Whats up guys! ive been playing this game for 2 weeks now and im probably 1 week into the pve/pvp portion. im trying to get better at this game but i need some advice.

Now maybe im doing something wrong but my goal for this gaming experience is to look drippy as fuck and kill space alien assholes and heretics. 😭

the part im having trouble with is im currently playing tactical. and usually goes good but sometimes ill prematurely block and get downed or get surrounded and get downed. but honestly the melee part of this game is probably my favorite as much as i love the guns. im just confused what you guys would recommend. i want to get to a point where i look badass and can solo on absolute. any tips for a young follower of sanguinius. godspeed brothers. for the emperor! 🫡
