Could they be any more lazier?

Could they be any more lazier?

I sold an item to a buyer, shipped out, BUT it didn't update and I was getting an automated warning from Posh about the item not tracking. It's almost the 7 day mark and it still hasn't arrived at the buyer's USPS shipping facility yet, so I'm emailing just in case and the buyer has been unresponsive. And lo-and-behold, 5 hours later after I submitted a ticket. A response telling me how to access my account after not having access to my email...

All because I included the word "email" in my initial support message. I'm Posh Ambassador II but I know that apparently means nothing to them. Yes I know they're using AI and outsourcing, but I really wonder where my 20% is going with this type of behavior.

Are clothes getting bigger or what?

Has anyone else noticed that clothes seem to fit larger than they used to, despite buying the same size?

I've worn essentially the same size my entire adult life, but recently I've found myself needing more alterations than I ever remember. I mentioned it to my fashion advisor the other day, but she insisted nothing has really changed and that the sizing has always been remarkably consistent.

Which has only made me more confused.

Pieces I could once buy with complete confidence now fit slightly off more often than not. I was at Saint Laurent and I had to size down 2 sizes despite never having to ever do that and it was a slim fit!

Curious if anyone else has noticed this, or if I've somehow become incapable of remembering how clothes used to fit.
