The way it works is my OC has a specialized body with teeth made to.take.chunks out of metal a secondary stomach made for smelting down metal Into a liquid state their body is resistant to temperatures of up 6,192°F (3,442°C) the melting point of pure tungsten as their body can produce enough heat to liquidize and hold molten metal of course it's not instant as the higher the melting point of the metal the longer it takes to get to that temperature and the heat does affect him makeing him over heat and dehydrate if something takes too long they can hold multiple metals and can separate or blend them together as an alloy near perfectly and make new or hard to create alloys thwt current modern metallurgy can achieve or they can separate an ingested alloy into its original parts and can purify impurities in the metal or induce impurities as necessary (They also have increased strength letting them bend and work metal bare handed) They expell the metal through their mouth but they gave full control over the amount of metal and control the heat of it as it comes out and they can use their hands to work and manipulate molten metal to use for various purposes in combat and in rescue creating metal supports in disaster zones or creating alloys for the support class and using it to make quick weapons or restraints(iffy I know but I was thinking special alloy that isn't to hot for it to harm or maim)

I mean appearance wise their torso has heat ports on chest stomach and shoulders and along their throat and jaw that glow with heat as they use their quirk to melt down metal in their "smelter gut™"
