Ninja 500 vs CF Moto 450ss First Bike

Taking my MSF course soon and I'm shopping for my first sports bike!
I've watched dozens of youtube videos, and the Ninja 500 seems like the best choice for a new rider. But, there's also a ton of creators who seem very biased against the CF Moto bikes and so I'm coming to you guys for a fair and constructive comparison!

I'm really looking for what handling differences I'd feel riding them, if any. And some people have mentioned the CF 450 having better brakes/forks/bars? But I don't understand why as someone who's never owned a bike before. Also if there's any major tech differences a new rider would really love to have please let me know.

Straight from their sites, the CF 450 makes 51 HP @ 9500 RPM
Ninja 500 51.0 hp¹ @ 10,000 rpm
as well as CF 450 having a 2 cylinder in-line, 4 stroke
Ninja 500 has a parallel twin
But I don't know what this really means in terms of riding quality/experience

Thank you all for your time and help.
