Tested out last week, flew home, DMV says it isn't in the system. Anybody know if theres a time frame for it?

Recent got a job offer for a job I've been trying for, for almost 3 years now. It would require me to travel to the west coast. Im not actually happy with where I live and where I work now, so this is a big change for me. I rarely do anything for myself, always trying to please my girlfriend, and others. I basically helped her through nursing school financially since we've been together and she graduates in 2 weeks, my new job starts on June 22nd. I do feel bad about the surprise uprooting, but I really dont want to be tied down making a cross country move. I am dead set on taking this job no matter the cost.

I know the RR has IBEW workers. I was wondering how the representation/benefits work?

Does the RR supersede the IBEW in terms of retirement? Currently doing onboarding for a communications tech, and I'm pretty certain it falls under the IBEW agreement. Just looking for information, thanks.
