Might be a bit dramatic but we will forever be known as the cheats in some circles and I cant believe its not going to come up in conversation when I tell someone where I am from in the future.

The reality is Southampton is not really known goodly or badly for pretty much anything and that was probably a good thing.

Whoever sanctioned this needs to be sacked. I note comments from some fans saying we should retain the manager. I disagree - this goes wider than football and it doesn't matter how good the manager is if he authorised it.

I hate Instagram with a passion and I have always avoided using it. It is just full of nonsense brainrot.

However a hobby I have recently got into means I sub to a few Instagram pages - these pages are run by people abroad and for some reason they love using Instagram (I spsoe its much easier than running a website) - so I sort of have to use Instagram

Initially when I logged into the Instagram (Android) app I would only see content relating to my hobby - but now its just full of other junk.

Is there anyway of forcing the app to only show me stuff relating to the pages/accounts I have subbed to?

Try as I might, I do find myself getting sucked into scrolling on clips and then wasting a lot of time.

I am guessing the answer is no because Facebook basically works in the same way.

Any tips appreciated.
