How to budget?

I know this is a stupid question but i've tried to budgeting my whole life and failed every time. I have a debt of $10,000+, i don't have any savings left unfortunately cause i heard to pay off debt first before you have emergency fund/savings. Is there any application/excel sheets that can help me with this?

Passport timeline

I just applied my first passport thru USPS on 08/05.

I'm using the routine service and expedited for the packages they are going to send to my home.

If you applied at around the same time as me...

Any idea roughly on how long it's gonna take?

Naturalized! The waiting is over...

I started my journey back in 2018-19. From an EAD holder, a green card, and now a citizen! It's weird at first not having to wait anymore, just cause I've been waiting all these years for this moment. I'm so glad that it is over now, but you know what they said: all endings are the new beginnings! I'll be make sure not to take this new status of mine for granted!! Thanks, everyone on this subreddit; it HELPED me a lot during the moment I needed it :) Best of luck to those who are still waiting for news...!

Timeline for N-400

I submitted my citizenship application N-400 in Colorado back in July 2025, they skipped biometrics and got nothing until April 2026 (scheduled interview), did not get an approval right away on the day of interview May 3rd, they approved mine at June 11th about a month after my interview and got my ceremony notice on the June 30th. And finally had my ceremony oath at Red Rocks yesterday in Colorado

New glasses vs current (old) glasses

The first two pictures are my new glasses that just arrived today...I have nothing to say frame-wise but the lenses do look SO reflective on camera and at first I thought there's some kind of protective layer that I can peel but nope it's the way it is.

The last two pictures are my current glasses and I can see the difference on my current ones that the lenses are much clearer like you can see my eyes. Should i return the new one? :(

1 (new) or 2 (old)?

Help me decide

It's me again!! Last input needed so I can make a choice..

(1) is my current glasses (black)
(2) is my *new* glasses that just arrived today (clear/silver)
(3) is my old glasses from three years ago, same frame as #2 but just different color (black/gold)

This is insane [CO]

I have a security deposit of $3059 and I didnt get anything back and they want me to pay $1500 extra. How the hell cleaning appliances cost $900 bucks??? I'm so done with this company.Never again.

Edit: I stayed here only for a year and they kinda exaggerated it
