Ammo is scarce, why tf is everyone just wasting it in the first 5-10 minutes of the match?

Just confused; as a new Xbox player, I figured out pretty fucking fast that ammo is a bit of a commodity, especially if you have a lot of teammates that like to hoard or are all using the same ammo types.

Yet damn-near EVERY game, early on when it's the easiest part of the match, all I can hear is "BAM BAM BAM BAM" as my teammates burn through their ammo in situations where it's just not necessary. When you're getting surrounded, it's a different story.

I'm still a noob ofc, but my understanding is that it's best to save your bullets for late in the match when shit gets REALLY hectic, so (assuming I'm correct there), why in the fuck are so many players constantly going John Rambo as soon as they spawn in?

Everyone's just being careless with their ammo, which I've heard also causes more zombies to spawn in due to the gunshot noise. Is it the other new players being THAT stupid or...?

Help ordering power steering lines/hoses

I'm wanting to replace the power steering parts in my Legacy, but I'm really lost in regards to the pressure and return hoses and how exactly to tell if I need "from pump"/"pressure & return line assembly" or maybe even both? And as for the return hose, idk if I need "reservoir to pump"/"intermediate pipe" or (again) possibly both?

Just curious if anyone has any advice or knowledge to offer here. This is likely simple and I'm just overthinking it.

Opinions on this step design as an upgrade to the rotting, unsafe monstrosity we have now?

So the current steps (second picture) are starting to deteriorate and fall apart, and I'm slightly concerned about someone hurting themselves on them. I do not have the tools or the knowledge to build "proper" wooden steps that are worth a damn.

My thought process with this design that I saw on YouTube is that it'd be fairly easy for a dipshit like me to assemble, it'd last longer than whatever the hell is it we have now, and it'd be easy to take apart for whenever my family has the time and money to go through with building a proper porch/deck.

I'm just curious on whether or not these have any visible or serious flaws I'm missing. Or if there's another subreddit this question would better suit, by all means, let me know. Thanks in advance 🫶

EDIT: okay so I get it, they're a flawed design and regular steps would be less hassle overall. I appreciate all of the actual constructive replies (which was most of them), thanks dudes
