Official Move Names?

Is there a place to see all the names/descriptions of character attacks? Do they even have official names?
For commentary, I find it very non-engaging to hear commentators say "neutral special."
We say "Falcon Punch" and "Charge Shot" in Smash, so why not the same for Rivals?

Knockoff Playmats?

My wife bought the Beast and Hunny Wizard playmats on eBay over a year ago, but only today I realized that they have these code numbers on the bottom that not a single other Lorcana playmat we own has.

The text all seems a bit blurry, and my Hunny Wizard mat isn't quite as saturated in color as a friend's.

I feel like I already know the answer at this point, but does this mean they are fake?
